How to Make a Bella Rouge

A signature Tanqueray martini from Prezza. A bright, citrus-forward martini.

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray Gin

♦ 1 oz of lime juice

♦ 1.5 oz of Tanqueray Gin

♦ .5 oz of St. Germaine

♦ .5 oz of Aperol

Steps

1. Shake and pour into a chilled coupe glass.

2. Top with a dry, flat rosé for a float.

3. Garnish with a lemon peel.
