Fire Water Recipe

How to Make a Fire Water

Recipe Details

A signature Tanqueray martini from Jack’s Fire Dept.
♦ Difficulty Level: Moderate

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray London Dry Gin
♦ 2 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
♦ 1/2 olive juice
♦ 3 dashes Dave’s Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce
♦ Garnish: Hot Sauce/Blue Cheese DRESSING (That’s right, you heard that right) stuffed olives.

Steps

1. Chill a martini glass (we have a chiller at Jack’s cause we’re fancy)
2. Combine the Tanqueray London Dry Gin, olive juice and hot sauce in a shaker and shake the ever loving life out of the thing.
3. Strain into chilled martini glass
3. Garnish with three olives.
3. To make the olives (because let’s be honest, this is really about the gin and the stuffed olives…) mix blue cheese dressing and hot sauce and put into a squirt bottle and pump into the olives.)
