Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray No. Ten Gin

♦ 1.5 Tanqueray 10

♦ .25 Cap Corse

♦ .25 Fino Sherry

♦ 1 dry vermouth

♦ Lemon Twist

♦ Chamomile Tincture

Steps

1. Add spirits to mixing glass.

2. Stir and strain into Nick & Nora.

3. Express lemon oil and spray with chamomile tincture.
