A signature Tanqueray martini from CUT by Wolfgang Puck. A bright, citrus-forward martini.

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray Gin
♦ 1 oz Tanqueray No. 10
♦ 1 oz Campari
♦ .75oz Cocchi di Torino Sweet Vermouth
♦ 2 dash Reagans No.2 Orange bitters

Steps

1. Batch cocktail and pour into American White Oak Barrel. Age 4-6 weeks.
2. 3oz batch
3. 2 dash Bitters
3. Stir to dilute.
3. Pour over 2 inch clarified ice in double rocks glass
3. Garnish with orange twist
