Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray Gin

♦ 1 ½ oz Tanqueray Gin

♦ ½ oz B&B

♦ ¾ oz Fresh-Squeezed Lemon Juice

♦ 1oz Cayenne Honey Syrup

♦ 2 dashes Saline

♦ 2 dashes Orange Bitters

Steps

1. Combine ingredients, shake well with ice.

2. Strain.

3. Served in Coupe Glass, garnish w/ a Dehydrated Orange Wheel
