How to Make a Heart Of Glass

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray London Dry Gin

♦ 1.5 Tanqueray London Dry Gin

♦ 0.5 Empirical Olive

♦ 0.5 Blanc Vermouth

♦ 0.25 Amontillado Sherry

♦ 2 drops saline

♦ Lemon Twist (garnish)

Steps

1. Combine all ingredients in mixing glass.

2. Add ice.

3. Stir until properly chilled.

3. Strain into chilled coupe glass & garnish with lemon twist.
