How to Make a Pub Special

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray Gin
♦ 0.75 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
♦ Ritz crackers & pub cheese, served alongside
1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
2. Add Tanqueray Gin and Dolin Dry Vermouth.
3. Stir for 20–25 seconds until cold and properly diluted.
3. Express a lemon twist over the top if desired, then discard or garnish.
3. Serve with Ritz crackers and pub cheese on the side.
