Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray Gin

♦ 1.5oz Tanqueray Gin

♦ 1oz Kástra Elión Vodka

♦ .5oz lillet blanc

♦ Castelvetrano olive

♦ 2 drops of olive oil

♦ Sumac pinch

Steps

1. Combine all contents except garnish and olive oil into a mixing glass add ice stir at least 30 times strain into chilled coupe glass or nick and Nora add garnish
