A signature Tanqueray martini from The Roost. A bright, citrus-forward martini.

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray Gin
♦ 1.5oz tanqueray no. 10
♦ 1oz Junipero
♦ .5oz dry vermouth blend
♦ 2 dashes citrus bitters
♦ .6oz water
♦ Served with 3 olives and a lemon twist.

Steps

1. Batch all ingredients together and place in the freezer.
2. Once it is cold enough to serve.
3. Pour 4oz straight into a chilled martini glass.
