How to Make a Dirty Little Midnight Prayer

A signature Tanqueray martini from Employees Only LA.

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray No. Ten Gin

♦ 1.50 oz Tanqueray 10

♦ .50 oz silver rum

♦ .25 oz apple infused Lillet

♦ .25 oz amontillado sherry

♦ .25 oz fried shallot olive brine

♦ Garnish pickled apple

Steps

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.

2. Stir till chilled. Strain into a coupe. Garnish with picked apple and fried shallot.
