Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray Gin

♦ 2 oz Tanqueray

♦ 1 oz Pickled Tomato Brine

♦ .25 oz Caper Brine

♦ Pinch Fresh Cracked Pepper

♦ Garnish: Basil

Steps

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir briskly for 18 seconds.

2. Strain into Double Old Fashioned over a large ice cube.

3. Garnish with fresh Basil
