How to Make a Southern Charm

A signature Tanqueray martini from Merchants Club. A bright, citrus-forward martini.

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray Gin

♦ 2 oz Tanqueray

♦ .5 oz Lillet Blanc

♦ 1 oz Pickled Peach Brine

♦ 2 dashes Orange Bitters

♦ Garnish: Lemon Peel

Steps

1. Add all ingredients into a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir briskly for 18 seconds.

2. Strain into a Tea Cup and garnish with fresh Lemon Peel.
