BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray London Dry Gin
♦ 2 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
♦ ¾ oz Cointreau (or other orange liqueur)
♦ Garnish: Lemon Twist & Sugar Rim
1. 1. If desired, rim a chilled martini glass with sugar.
2. 2. Add Tanqueray, Cointreau, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker filled with ice.
3. 3. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
3. 4. Double strain into the chilled martini glass.
3. 5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
