A signature Tanqueray martini from Bar Sprezzatura. A bright, citrus-forward martini.

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray Gin
♦ 2.25 oz Tanqueray Gin
♦ 0.25 oz Artonic Peach Aromatize wine
♦ 0.5 oz Carpano Bianco
♦ 2 dashes saline solution
♦ Garnish with Orange peel and 4 extra virgin olive oil drops

Steps

1. Combine ingredients to a mixing glass
2. Stir for 20/25 seconds
3. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass and a side vessel kept over crushed ice .
