As consumers increasingly seek premium wine experiences without committing to a full
bottle, Coravin is expanding its search for some of the country’s most innovative wine-
by-the-glass programs.
The wine preservation technology company has announced that its Coravin Guide, the
world’s only global guide dedicated exclusively to standout wine-by-the-glass programs,
will expand to include restaurants, bars, hotels, and private clubs in New York and
Miami later this year.
Restaurants and hospitality venues in New York and Miami interested in being
considered for inclusion may submit their wine by-the-glass programs at
https://guide.coravin.com/pages/list-your-venue.
Already featuring leading hospitality venues across California, Las Vegas, and dozens
of international markets, the guide highlights beverage programs that are using
expansive by-the-glass offerings, sommelier expertise, and creative service models to
encourage wine exploration and discovery.
“Guests today want more freedom and flexibility to explore wine,” said Greg Lambrecht,
founder and inventor of Coravin. “What’s exciting is seeing sommeliers respond with
incredibly creative by-the-glass programs that encourage discovery and make premium
wines more approachable.”
Restaurants featured in the guide are recognized based on the breadth of their wine-by-
the-glass offerings, with categories ranging from 20 wines by the glass to more than 60
selections. The guide also includes a “Hidden Gems” category recognizing smaller but
particularly inspiring programs.
“We believe sommeliers are one of the driving forces behind today’s evolving wine
culture,” said Dave Krupinski, CEO of Coravin.
“The Coravin Guide gives visibility to the restaurants and beverage professionals who are driving a deeper connection with wine.” Coravin is currently accepting submissions from qualifying restaurants and hospitality
venues in New York and Miami, regardless of whether they use Coravin systems. The
expanded guide is expected to launch later this year.
