A signature Tanqueray martini from Kinsho. A garden-fresh, herbal take.

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
♦ 2 oz Tanqueray Ten
♦ 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
♦ 0.25 oz Blanc Vermouth
♦ 1 – Saline
♦ 2 – Shiso tincture

Steps

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice, and stir.
2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. Garnish with lemon oils and a shiso leaf.
