BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray Gin
♦ 1/4 oz coochi americano
♦ 1/2 oz Honeycrisp Apple juice
1. Add ingredients to a container
2. weigh the combined batch
3. Add greek yogurt to batch equal in to the weight of the Gin
3. Milk wash the entire batch based on the weight of the batch before yogurt was added (24% milk to batch)
3. Strain through coffee filter, bottle and freeze.
