Featured Bartender June 2026: Gianna Johns, Baby Gee, Long Beach, CA

Growing up between Los Angeles and Sonoma wine country, Gianna began her career in the restaurant industry at the age of 13, gaining experience at several notable bars and restaurants throughout Los Angeles.

She is now the owner-operator of Baby Gee, an award-winning cocktail bar, and Due Fiori, a neighborhood Italian restaurant in Long Beach, California. When she is not designing spaces, developing menu’s or working on graphics for her two locations, Gianna spends time knitting in her garden with her two dogs.
