Brix & Rye is a notoriously dark cocktail bar in Greenport, NY.
We opened in 2014 along with our sister restaurant 1943 Pizza Bar. We serve wood fired pizza and drinks. Our cocktails trend more toward the traditional while sometimes employing experimental or more modern techniques. We also have pretty deep collection of spirits ranging from local to rare offerings from distant locales.
First and foremost we strive to be a lively neighborhood bar that caters to the all the members of our community. Our clientele is a good blend of locals, seasonal residents, and out of town visitors.
We’ve been very lucky to have a devoted core staff for many years that work hard to keep things consistent and fun.
