3 oz. Spiced Clarified Milk**
Build over a large format ice cube and garnish. Double Bucket glass. Garnish with Lemon Swath or Twist with a dash of nutmeg.
**Clarified Milk- 8 oz. Water, 8 Tazo Green Tea Bags, 8 oz. Lemon Sour, 1 tsp Whole Cloves, ½ tsp Coriander Seeds, 1 Cinnamon Stick, 16 oz. Whole Milk
Bring water to boil with non-alcohol components only, pull off heat & add milk, this will cause whole thing to curdle, you want that. Strain curds thru chinois over a cheese cloth several times.

Berry Elderflower Fizz
¾ oz. your favorite Vodka
¾ oz. St-Germain elderflower liqueur
¼ oz. simple syrup
2 oz. mixed fresh berries
Champagne, to top
Muddle fresh berries & simple syrup in cocktail shaker. Add vodka, St. Germain, lemon juice, & ice, shake. Strain into Champagne flute, top with Champagne. Garnish with a berry skewer.

Here’s a twist on the classic Mint Julep:
Royal Thai Spice Julep
2 oz. Blade & Bow Bourbon
1 oz. Kaffir Lime Juice
2 basil leaves
10 mint leaves
½ tsp Thai Spice- dash each lemon powder, sea salt, chili powder, ground ginger, mustard seed, clove
1 tsp confectioners’ sugar
Grind spices for 20 seconds in a coffee/spice grinder. Shake all ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker & strain over crushed ice in Julep Cup. Top with whole chilis and fresh Mint or Basil & Lime.

2 muddled cucumbers
.75 oz. Yuzu Juice
.75 oz. Agave
1 oz. Lillet
Muddle 2 cucumbers in large mixing tin. Jigger all other ingredients into mixing tin. Shake and strain over fresh ice into zombie glass. Garnish with cucumber ribbon and Thai basil leaf.
