Escabeche Martini Recipe

How to Make a Escabeche Martini

Recipe Details

A signature Tanqueray martini from BoPeep.
♦ Difficulty Level: Moderate

Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray London Dry Gin
♦ 2oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
♦ 1.75oz House Made Escabeche
♦ 0.25oz Olive Brine
♦ A Rinse of Dry Vermouth

Steps

1. The House Made Escabeche takes two weeks to marinate with fresh ingredients from our kitchen, we combine that with the savory notes of our favorite bold crowd-pleaser Tanqueray London Dry Gin, add some olive brine because ultimately it is a Dirty Martini with extra flavors from the veggies used in the making of the escabeche.
2. A super complex Dirty Martini, garnished with a bay leaf, cocktail onion, olive, cornichon and a few drops of olive oil.
