How to Make a Japanese Sour

Ingredients

♦ 1 egg white
♦ 2 oz. Japanese whisky
♦ ¼ oz. lemon juice
♦ ¼ oz. yuzu or lime juice
♦ ¼ oz. honey
♦ 2 dots angostura bitters

Steps

1. Dry shake egg white, then add all liquid ingredients with ice, shake vigorously, double strain into a chilled glass, garnish with a few dots of angostura bitters.
