BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Hazelnut liqueur
♦ Nitro cold brew (or cold brew coffee)
♦ Toasted hazelnut liqueur
1. Chill the glass: Place a coupe in the freezer (or fill with ice water while you build the drink).
2. Shake: Add nitro cold brew, gingerbread spice, toasted hazelnut, and a pinch of cinnamon to a shaker with ice. Shake hard until very cold.
3. Strain: Discard ice water (if using) and double-strain into the chilled coupe.
3. Top: Float a generous spoonful of cinnamon whipped cream on top.
3. Garnish & serve: Dust lightly with cinnamon and serve immediately.
