Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: Tanqueray Gin

♦ .75 oz Tanqueray Orange infused Gin

♦ .75 oz blanc vermouth mandarin orange infused

♦ .5 oz starlino orange aperitif

♦ .25 oz mandarin napoleon liqueur spiced with star anise

♦ brûlée Mandarin orange

Steps

1. Combine all ingredients in a yarai glass with ice and stir. double strain over fresh ice and garnish with bruleed orange.
