1 1⁄4 parts Ultimat Vodka

1⁄4 parts Chocolate syrup

Heavy cream

Cayenne pepper for garnish

In a glass, combine ingredients with ice. Stir until ingredients are well blended. Strain and pour into a rocks glass. Layer with heavy cream and garnish with a pinch of cayenne pepper.
