The Corner Store takes a very culinary approach to the cocktail menu using techniques like infusion, cryovac, sous vide, milk washing, and oil washing plus tools like a refractometer to dial in sugar levels. Featuring creative twists on classic cocktails, the program is centered around the martini, ranging from elevated versions of the classics to innovative variations with an optional tableside martini service. All of the Martini recipes are precisely refined to the exact weight and percentage of water dilution, and then stored in our 0°F freezers delivering a perfectly chilled martini every time.
Oli’s Dirty Martini, the house dirty martini, with housemade vermouth-based brine, olive-oil washed vodka, and white vermouth; Tuxedo No. 2 Martini with gin, Dolin Blanc vermouth, Noilly Prat, lemon, and absinthe; Vesper Martini with vodka, gin, Cocchi Americano, lemon, and chamomile tea; Tomato Martini with housemade tomato water infused with celery, horseradish, and jalapeno, and savory vermouths including one with koseret, garnished with pickled cherry tomatoes and basil oil; Sour Cream & Onion Martini with spring onion cream-washed gin, dill-infused Dolin Blanc, and pickling liquid, served with sour cream & onion chips.
