Try these Oscar inspired cocktails by Nicholas Phelps, Bar Manager.
The Revanant
By the Hair of the Bear
2 oz. Bulliet Rye Whiskey
1 oz. Half & Half
½ oz. Kahlua
½ oz. Tuaca
1 Dash Orange Bitters
Shake and pour into a cocktail glass
*“Bulliet” Rye used to reflect the film’s time period, while Kahlua coffee liqueur symbolizes Hugh getting up to get his revenge.

The Cover Up (pictured)
2 oz. Blanco Tequila
½ oz. Pineapple Juice
½ oz. Lime Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup
½ oz. Cointreau
Splash of Malbec
Shake all ingredients, except the wine. Pour over rocks. Float Malbec, garnish with cherry & orange flag.
*Floating wine over the cocktail represents the “cover up”

2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 oz. Green Chartruese
1 oz. Lemon Juice
Shake and pour over rocks.
*The slightly green appearance signifies money.
