1 oz. your favorite tequila
2-3 tbsp lavender syrup*
½ oz. organic lime juice
.5 oz. Cointreau/Triple Sec
Add ice and 2-3 tbsp of lavender syrup to margarita glass; add tequila and lime juice, fill glass up with sparkling water. rim glass with sugar/ chili flakes
* Allow lavender to steep for approximately 30 minutes before pouring mixture through a fine mesh strainer.

Ode to Whisky [Sour]

3/4 part fresh Grapefruit Juice
1/2 part fresh Lime Juice
1/2 part Honey Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Combine all ingredients (except ginger beer) into shaking tin, dry shake. Pour over ice in Collins glass. Top with ginger beer.
2 oz. Patrón Silver
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
.75 oz. Lemon Juice
.25 oz. Demerara Syrup
.5 oz. Blue Curacao
Pineapple & orange peel for garnish
Pineapple leaf for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice and shake vigorously.
Pour unstrained into glass. Garnish with a pineapple ring, orange peel, and leaf.
