Tito’s Texas Sipper

1 1/2 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
1 1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
2 oz sparkling mineral water
1 mint sprig

Add all ingredients (except sparkling mineral water) to a shaker with ice.

Shake and strain into a collins glass over fresh ice.

Top with sparkling mineral water.

Garnish with a mint sprig.

¾ cup sweet white wine
¼ cup elderflower cordial
½ honeydew melon, cut into small cubes
1 cup crushed ice
Seltzer water

Combine melon and elderflower cordial in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add wine and ice. Blend and pour into a glass and top with seltzer water.

3 parts London dry gin
2 parts spiced rum
2 parts ginger ale
1 part elderflower cordial
Juice squeezed from 1/4 lime
Lime peel

Shake well with ice, strain into Martini glass. Squeeze 1/4 lime into cocktail. Serve with lime peel and single ice cube.

5 oz. pear vodka
2.5 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
2 oz. Simple Syrup
2.5 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
10 fresh mint leaves

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into shot glasses. Makes 8 shots.
