1 oz. Dassai 50 Junmai Daigirjo
¾ oz. Yuzu & lemon juice (1:1)
.5 oz. simple syrup
Nigori Sake
4 raspberries
2 Shiso Leaves

Shake all ingredients with ice. Double strain into ricks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a Shiso leaf.
