¾ oz. simple syrup

¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
4 dashes Angostura Bitters
Add all liquor to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice, garnish with a lemon twist and serve.

2 oz. Champagne
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. gin
2 dashes simple syrup
Combine gin, syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a champagne glass. Top up with Champagne. Stir gently.

1/2 oz. simple syrup
3/4 oz. lime juice
Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain in chilled cocktail glass. Or blend and serve.
2 oz. dark rum
3/4 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. orange curaçao
1/4 oz. simple syrup
1/4 oz. orgeat syrup
Combine ingredients and garnish with a mint sprig.

3/4 oz. sugar or simple syrup
Serve straight up or over ice. Combine ingredients and garnish with a maraschino cherry and orange slice.
