Ingredients

BARTENDER Magazine’s Recommended Spirit: St. Germain
♦ 1½ oz. St‑Germain
♦ 2 oz. Martini Rosé Prosecco (or Still Rosé wine)
♦ 2 oz. soda water
♦ 8 mint leaves
♦ Lime wedge & Mint sprig for garnish

Steps

1. Pour St‑Germain over ice in a glass.
2. Add mint and top with sparkling wine and soda.
3. Stir to combine all of the ingredients.
3. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
