♦ 1 oz. honey-ginger syrup
♦ ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
♦ Lemon peel twirl for garnish
1. To make honey-ginger syrup, combine ½ oz.
3. of honey and 3-4 slices of ginger.
3. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
3. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. Lay a lemon peel twirl across the rim of the glass with a cocktail pick.
