Cobra is an Asian-American Neighborhood bar in the historic Brewery District of Columbus, Ohio. Cobra’s bar program is run by co-owners Alex Chien, David Yee, and Head Bartender Kayla LeRoy. Cobra focuses on Asian-American influences on both food and beverage in a laid-back relaxed atmosphere. Open from 4pm-2am Wednesday-Monday.

XXX Sour
- Skyy Vodka, Passionfruit, Pandan, Grapefruit, Lemon, Prosecco Rosé
- (our take on a pornstar martini)
- 1.5 oz. Skyy Vodka
- 1.25 oz. XXX Cordial (Pandan, Passionfruit, and Grapefruit Peel Cordial)
- .5 oz. Lemon Juice
- Top w/ Prosecco Rosé
- Glassware: Coupe
- Shake & Double Strain
Giiirl Dinner (N/A Cocktail)

Pathfinder N/A Amaro, Watermelon, Coconut Milk, Verjus, Champagne Vinegar, Lemon, Olives
- 1.5 oz. Pathfinder Amaro
- 1.25 oz. Hot Girl Cordial (Watermelon Shrub & Coconut Milk Cordial)
- .75 oz. Lemon Juice
- Glassware: Collins Glass
- Ice: Pebble
- Garnish: 2 Skewered Castelvetrano Olives
XXX Cordial:
- 500 grams Pandan Syrup
- 250 grams Sugar
- 250 grams Water
- 1 pandan leaf
- Method: Cook for 10 mins on low heat until sugar is dissolved and fragrant
- 375 grams Grapefruit Cordial
- 200 grams Sugar
- 200 grams Water
- 10 grams Grapefruit Peels
- Method: Blend in vitamix on high for 3 minutes and fine strain
- 250 grams Passionfruit Perfect Puree
Hot Girl Cordial:
- Coconut Watermelon Cordial
- 200 grams Sugar
- 200 grams Simple Truth Coconut Milk
- 200 grams Cubed Watermelon
- Method: Blend on high in vitamix for 3 minutes and strain
- Watermelon Shrub
- 200 grams Cubed Watermelon
- 100 grams Verjus
- 100 grams Champagne Vinegar
- Method: Macerate for 48 hours, blend with equal parts Sugar in a vitamix and Strain
