National Margarita Day 2023!

Today (Feb. 23) is the day we celebrate the #1 cocktail…The Margarita!  While there are a few legends on how this drink was created, there are two things for certain…they are delicious and they are popular!!

While we will be sipping on a Tommy’s Margarita (recipe below); here are a few other variations to help you celebrate!

¾ oz. Lemon juice
½ oz. Agave honey
3 fresh cut-crushed ginger slices

Hibiscus salt

Rim a rocks glass with hibiscus salt. Muddle the fresh ginger slices with the lemon juice and honey in a cocktail shaker, then add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into the ice-filled, rimmed rocks glass.

XOC Tequila Grill (Woodland Hills, CA) offers the Tamarind Margarita…an exotic libation that pairs perfectly with chips, salsa and guacamole.
